Spam Filter - My Filter Page - Issue #1

Settings here only affect your mailbox.

You login should be your email address:
Username: user@mydomain.com
Password: (The same secure password you login to email with)


This spam filter is a learning filter. As you send messages it will validate the mail delivery. When you get your notification you can act on the message at that point or login to the filter directly.

When you login to the spam filter you get your My Filter page: (You do not need to do anything unless you want to)
We have 10 options to deal with these messages.
1) Do Nothing - this will leave the message in the pending status Messages will expire after 5-7 days
2) Accept Message - Sends this one message through to your mailbox.
3) Whitelist Sender - This adds the sender to a list that allows all incoming e-mail from that e-mail address to go to your mailbox
4) Whitelist Domain - This adds the sender's domain (@domain.com) to a list that allows all incoming from that domain (@domain.com) to go to your mailbox.
5) Whitelist Network - Do not use this option. This will allow all messages from a specific server Networks.
6) Reject Message - This blocks this specific message. It adds to the count of bad messages.
7) Reject and Report Phishing/Fraud - This blocks this specific message and lists the sender as dangerous increasing the bad message count.
8) Blacklist Sender - This blocks the sender as long as it is on the list.
9) Blacklist Domain - This adds the sender's domain (@domain.com) to a list that blocks all incoming from that domain (@domain.com) .
10) Blacklist Network - Do not use this option. This will black all mail from a specific server.


The blue green red icon selects al in the list
is to change all items on this page to "Do Nothing"
is to change all items on this page to "Accept"
is to change all items on this page to "Reject"

You must submit changes for any action to take place.
